There is a new website available that lets people search all of the foreclosure listings that are offered through HUD (Michigan Department of Housing & Urban Development). Not all foreclosures in Jackson will be on the site, but the inventory that HUD has (foreclosures that were funded by an FHA-insured mortgage) is quite extensive and covers all price ranges.
Here is the link to the search page:

If you see a home that you are interested in touring, just call me and I can show it to you! If you like it, I can submit your bid online. With all of the great deals out there right now, this could be a good opportunity to find some investment properties or maybe just get a great price on a home for yourself.
Please give me feedback by clicking on the "Comment" link below this article. Thanks!

Home Staging Makes a Difference in Today's Market!
Tips for Selling Faster, For More Money
7 “C’s” of Successful Home Staging
7 “C’s” of Successful Home Staging
Staging your home for today's market is to make it as clean, fresh and clutter-free as your budget allows. With all of the competition, you need every advantage for a quicker, higher sale!
Clean - Clean enough to eat off the floor – inside and outside the home.
Clutter-free - Clutter eats equity. You are going to pack anyway when you move, so pack early. If you can afford to, rent a storage unit for bulky items, have a garage sale or two and make money for those “touch-ups”.
Color - Neutral color walls are important. Dark colors make the rooms appear smaller.
Compromise - When your budget is limited, fix the most damaged, most noticed things first.
Creativity - Think of ways to offset things that cannot be fixed such as hot pink bath tiles – add towels or window treatments that balance the color.
Communication - When we speak of your home, we are speaking of “getting a product ready for market”-let’s communicate openly outside the box of this being your home, not to be taken personally. Try to think in terms of the buyers shopping—make it easy for them to want your home.
Commitment - Everyone needs to be committed—seller’s entire family and the agent; it is your job to keep your home show-ready and the agent’s job to continually market it. Only together in teamwork can you make this happen!
